Pestare 250 g. di mandorle non sbucciate e battere a neve 6 bianchi d'uovo.

Quando questi sono ben montati, aggiungervi le mandorle pestate, 125 g. di cioccolata in polvere e dello zucchero alla vaniglia.

Mettere le pasta Così preparata su di una lastra unta di burro ed infarinata a Mezzo cucchiaio in modo da formare delle pallottole.

Cuocere a fuoco moderato.
