Dosi per 4:

200 g nocciole tostate
200 g cioccolato fondente
2 bicchieri liquore dolce a piacere

Tritare finemente il cioccolato e le nocciole, mettere il trito ottenuto in una Terrina, aggiungere il liquore e mescolare in modo da ottenere un composto di media consistenza.

Ricavarne delle palline, passarle nello zucchero in modo che ne siano ricoperte, sistemarle negli appositi pirottini di carta e servirle su un piatto da portata.
