Dosi per 15--20 Marchesine:

125 mandorle dolci
125 g zucchero a velo
125 g ottimo cacao
2 tuorli d'uovo
1 bicchierino cognac
100 g cioccolato a granelli

Pestare le mandorle ed impastarle con lo zucchero a velo e il cacao, ammorbidendo coi tuorli e il cognac, ma lasciando l'impasto piuttosto compatto.

Formare delle pallottoline, passarle nel cioccolato a granelli e disporle nelle scodelline di plastica, apposite da pasticceria.

Lasciare riposare in luogo fresco per almeno 2 ore e Mezzo.
