2 cucchiai zucchero
1 pezzetto burro
4 cucchiaini cacao
1 tazzina caffè
zucchero cristallizzato

Tostare le nocciole in forno a calore molto moderato e passarle al tritamandorle.

Impastarle in una Terrina con lo zucchero, il cacao e il caffè, sino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo e sodo.

Farne delle palline e passarle nello zucchero cristalizzato.
