1/2 l panna non troppo densa
un bastoncino vaniglia

Si mette tutto assieme e al fuoco e si rimescola finché il tutto abbia preso un bel color nocciola.

Si versa in una latta e si allarga. Si segnano con la lama del coltello dei quadrettini e quando sarà raffreddata si rompono.

Occorre per la riuscita la padella di ferro.
