Buttare i piselli.

Cuocere le bucce in un brodo leggero per 1--2 ore.

Passare il tutto in modo da eliminare la fibra e servire con fette di pane tostato e sfregato con tanto aglio.

Il sapore è ottimo e diverso dalla zuppa di piselli.
