1 peperone
6 filetti di Acciuga
olio
3spicchiaglio
limone
sale

prezzemolo
Preparazione:
  1. tagliare a listerelle sottili le zucchine e cuocerle su una griglia
  2. preparare una salsa al peperone, frullando il medesimo con l'aglio, i filetti d'Acciuga, il succo del limone, prezzemolo (un mazzetto) e olio
