Dosi per 4:

1 kg zucchine grandi
5--6 cucchiai olio d'oliva
50 g Semi di finocchio

Si affettano le zucchine a rondelle sottili e si fanno cuocere preferibilmente adagiandole sulla graticola sopra la brace; si condiscono con olio d'oliva, semi di finocchio e sale (e Pepe, se vi piace).

Per la cottura ci vogliono un quarto d'ora--venti minuti.
