Le ricette di Pierre



Dosi per 4:

500 g zucchine
50 g burro
1 cucchiaio olio
3 uova
parmigiano grattugiato
1 tazza Besciamella
2 carote

Tritare le carote, la cipolla e abbondante prezzemolo. Farli soffriggere con olio e burro. Unire le zucchine a fettine, sale e Pepe. A cottura ultimata unire, fuori dal fuoco, il pasmigiano, le uova sbattute e la Besciamella. Versare in uno stampo imburrato e cuocere a bagnomaria per 45 minuti. Servire caldissimo.
