g patate novelle
500 g cipolline fresche
600 g piselli novelli
1 bustina Zafferano
succo di un limone

Sbucciate e lavate le patate, ponetele in un'ampia casseruola insieme alle cipolline pelate. Unite i piselli alle verdure, salate, aromatizzate con lo Zafferano, irrorate con il succo del limone e coprite il tutto con acqua fredda. Cuocete 30 minuti a fiamma bassa, coperto, rimestando di tanto in tanto. A cottura ultimata l'acqua dovrà essere stata assorbita completamente lasciando un fondo gustoso e colorito.
