VERDURE STUFATE

verdure_stufate Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 cavolfiore piccolo
200 g fagiolini
200 g carote
2 zucchine
200 g cuori di carciofi
1 melanzana
1 l brodo
burro
farina
200 g panna
1 grattata Noce moscata
sale
Pepe

Tagliare le verdure a pezzetti. Fondere 40 g di burro, unire le verdure, sale e Pepe. Coprire e stufare a fuoco molto basso per 35'. Stemperare 50 g di farina con 50 g di burro, unire, poco per volta, 1/2 l di brodo caldo e cuocere per 10'. Fuori dal fuoco unire la panna calda e la Noce moscata. Servire le verdure con la salsa.
