Dosi per 4:

4 patate
4 zucchine
2 melanzane
3 pomodori
1 cipolla
aglio tritato
prezzemolo tritato
2 cucchiai grana grattugiato
2 cucchiai pangrattato
5 cucchiai olio
aneto tritato

Appassire la cipolla tritata con 4 cucchiai di olio, salare, pepare. In una pirofila unta disporre a strati le verdure lavate e affettate cospargendo ogni strato con prezzemolo e aneto, salare e pepare. Versare infine la cipolla, un po' di brodo bollente e cuocere in forno caldo a 180oC per 40'. A metà cottura cospargere con pangrattato e grana.
