VERDURE IN BIGNE`

verdure_bigne Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

450 g verdure miste
1 tuorlo
50 g farina
olio
sale

Tagliare a pezzetti le verdure e lessarle per 15' in acqua poco salata. Scolarle e farle raffreddare. Ottenere una pastella densa mescolando la farina con il tuorlo e farla riposare per 30'. Immergere le verdure nella pastella e friggerle nell'olio caldo. Farle asciugare su carta da cucina e salarle prima di servire.
