TORTINO DI VERDURA

tortino_verdura Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

300 g zucchine
200 g melanzane
200 g pomodori
2 peperoni
1/2 bicchiere olio
pangrattato
origano
Basilico
sale

Tagliare a fette le zucchine, le melanzane e i pomodori. Arrostire e pelare i peperoni e tagliarli a listarelle. Mettere le verdure in una pirofila unta di olio, a strati, alternandole. Cospargere con Basilico tritato e origano, sale, olio e pangrattato. Cuocere in forno per 1 ora circa. Togliere dal forno quando la superficie è ben dorata.
