tortino_carote Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

5 carote medie
80 g Robiola o altro formaggio morbido
1 uovo
1 noce burro per lo stampo

Pelare le carote e lessarle. Passarle al passaverdura. Unire la Robiola, l'uovo e poco sale. Amalgamare il tutto, lavorandolo con un cucchiaio di legno. Versare il composto in uno stampo leggermente imburrato e cuocere in forno già caldo a 180' C per circa 20'.
