TEGLIA DI VERDURE AL FORNO

Ingredienti:

200

g cipolle
200 g zucchine
200 g peperoni
200 g patate
40 g olio

Mondare, pelare (se necessario), lavare e tagliare a cubetti tutte le verdure. Porle in una teglia con l'olio e passare al forno a 180o per circa 30 minuti.
