teglia_carciofi_patate Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 confezione carciofi interi Findus
1 Kg patate
2 spicchi aglio

Scongelare i carciofi e tagliarli a spicchi. Tagliare le patate a fette nel senso della lunghezza. In una teglia sistemare le patate e i carciofi, aggiungere un trito di aglio e prezzemolo, sale e Pepe, un bicchiere di acqua ed irrorare con olio. Infornare a fuoco vivo per 30 minuti.
