Dosi per 4:

750 g spinaci
50 g burro
25 g pinoli
25 g uvetta
2 cucchiai olio
1 spicchio aglio

Lessare gli spinaci in acqua leggermente salata.

In una padella far soffriggere l'aglio con l'olio e il burro, levaze l'aglio, aggiungere gli spinaci, l'uvetta ammollata nell'acqua, i pinoli, mescolare bene e cuocere per circa 10 minuti.

Regolare di sale, adagiarli su un piatto da portata e servire.
