SPINACI SAPORITI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

450 g spinaci
30 g burro
30 g Gorgonzola
sale

Far ammorbidire il Gorgonzola sopra un pentolino con acqua tiepida. Lessare gli spinaci in acqua salata e scolarli. Far sciogliere in una padella il burro, aggiungervi gli spinaci e dopo 2 minuti il Gorgonzola. Lasciare insaporire per altri 2 minuti e servire ben caldi.
