spinaci_ricotta Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 kg spinaci surgelati
3 cucchiai ricotta
3 cucchiai parmigiano
1/2 bicchiere latte
1 noce burro

Bollire gli spinaci e strizzarli bene. Metterli nel frullatore con la ricotta, il latte, il parmigiano, poco sale e frullare il tutto grossolanamente. Scaldare il burro in un tegame, aggiungere gli spinaci e far insaporire. Servire caldi.
