Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

450 g spinaci
25 g burro
sale
crostoni di pane fritti nel burro

Lessare gli spinaci, scolarli e passarli al passaverdure. Farli insaporire nel burro e salare.

Disporli a cucchiaiate, ben caldi, sopra i crostoni di pane fritti nel burro.
