spinaci_pere Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

700 g spinaci novelli
2 pere decana, non troppo mature
olio di oliva
1 pezzetto Zenzero fresco

Pulire gli spinaci ed eliminare le foglie più dure. Sbucciare le pere e tagliarli a spicchi molto sottili. Saltare in padella per 2--3' gli spinaci con le pere, 2 cucchiai di olio, un pizzico di sale e uno di Zenzero. Servire tiepido.
