SPIEDINI TRICOLORI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

600 g zucchine
400 g melanzane
400 g peperoni
200 g cipolle
4 cucchiaini olio
sale
Pepe
prezzemolo tritato
erba cipollina tritata

Tagliate a fette spesse le zucchine e infilzatele su 4 spiedini alternandole alle melanzane a pezzetti, ai peperoni a falde e alle cipolle a spicchi. Metterli in una Terrina con l'olio, il sale, il Pepe e le erbe. Lasciarli marinare per 20 minuti, quindi cuocerli sulla griglia ben calda.
