SPIEDINI DI CARCIOFI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 carciofi
1 hg pancetta
1 spicchio aglio
2 mestoli brodo di dado
olio
burro
sale
prezzemolo
Pepe

Tagliare i carciofi in spicchi, infilarli su 4 spiedini, alternandoli con pezzettini di pancetta.

Rosolare gli spiedini in olio, burro e aglio pestato, bagnarli con il brodo, salare, pepare e cuocere coperti a fuoco dolce per 45 minuti. Unire alla fine un trito di prezzemolo.
