Dosi per 4:
4 patate
2 melanzane
200 g fagiolini Findus
1 cipolla
2 uova
1 pugno pangrattato
60 g grana

Lessare separatamente in acqua salata le patate, le melanzane e i fagiolini. Scolare le verdure e passarle al passaverdure. Aggiungere al passato il pane grattato, il grana grattugiato, le uova e tn pizzico di origano. Regolare di sale e amalgamare il tutto. Disporre il composto in una pirofila imburrata, livellarlo e ricoprirlo di cipolla a fette. Cospargere di origano, condire con olio e burro e infornare a 170oC per 1 ora.
