Dosi per 4:

450 g spinaci tritati surgelati
50 g burro
1 spicchio aglio
4 uova
50 g grana grattugiato

Insaporire gli spinaci con il burro e l'aglio tritato, far freddare, unire le uova sbattute con il latte, il grana e mescolare.

Mettere il composto in uno stampo da budino imburrato e cosparso di pangrattato e cuocere in forno a 180' per circa 30 minuti.

Far riposare per 5 minuti, sformare e servire.
