Dosi per 4:

400 g patate
3 uova
parmigiano grattugiato
Noce moscata

Lessare le patate, sbucciarle e passarle al setaccio. Lavorare le patate con le uova sbattute, il latte, il parmigiano, un pizzico di Noce moscata, il sale e il Pepe. Imburrare uno stampo, versarvi il composto, far cuocere in forno a bagnomaria e servire caldo.
