Dosi per 4:

600 g piselli
600 g carote
1 porro
40 g farina
30 g burro
3 uova
200 ml latte
50 g pancetta
50 g grana
100 g spalla cotta a dadini

Preparare la Besciamella con il burro, la farina e il latte. Lessare piselli e porro e frullarli insieme alla spalla. Unirvi la pancetta a listarelle, sale, Pepe, 3 cucchiai di grana, 2 uova e parte della Besciamella. Lessare le carote, ridurle in Purea, unire l'uovo, il resto del grana e della Besciamella. Alternare strati di piselli e carote in uno stampo e cuocere in forno a 180oC per 1 ora.
