SFORMATO DI CAROTE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

800 g carote
3 uova
parmigiano
burro
sale
Pepe
zucchero

Pelare e fare cuocere in acqua salata le carote; bene asciutte, passarle al setaccio, amalgamarle con le uova sbattute, un pizzico di zucchero, sale, Pepe e parmigiano.

Imburrare uno stampo, versarvi il composto, far cuocere in forno a bagnomaria e servire.Provenienza: RAI Televideo 03/01/1992
