SEDANI GRATINATI

sedani_gratinati Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

2 sedani
cipolla
carota
olio
sale
Pepe
80 g parmigiano grattugiato

Pulire i sedani eliminando le costole esterne e i filamenti. Sbollentarli per 5' in acqua salata. Sgocciolarli, asciugarli e tagliarli in due senza staccarli, coprirli di acqua, aggiungere un trito di cipolla e carota, un filo di olio, sale e Pepe e cuocere a fuoco moderato per circa 45'. Sgocciolare i sedani, dividerli in quarti e far raffreddare. Sistemarli in una pirofila unta, coprirli di formaggio, spruzzarli di olio e farli gratinare in forno. Servire caldi.
