verdure di stagione patate
carote
cipolle
sedano
zucchine
melanzane
pomodori
fagiolini
fagioli sgranati
piselli
spinaci
eccetera
aromi Basilico
prezzemolo
maggiorana
timo
eccetera
qualche fungo fresco o secco
olio
Pepe
sale

Pulire e tagliare a dadini tutte le verdure, cuocerle con 1/2 mestolo d'acqua per 45 minuti, a fuoco moderato e a pentola coperta.

A metà cottura salare e pepare e prima di servire condire con olio abbondante.
