radicchio_Acciuga Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

700 g radicchio di Treviso
4 filetti Acciuga sott'olio
1 cucchiaio prezzemolo tritato
poco aceto
Pepe in grani

Scaldare una griglia e cuocervi il radicchio girandolo spesso. Schiacciare i filetti di Acciuga con 2 cucchiai di aceto, poco sale, Pepe macinato fresco e olio. Amalgamare bene la salsina. Disporre il radicchio su un piatto, coprirlo con la salsina e il prezzemolo tritato prima di servire.
