kg peperoni
50 g Capperi
70 g olive nere
1 spicchio aglio
150 g olio

Dopo aver lavato accuratamente i peperoni metteteli sul fuoco, spellateli, lavateli di nuovo ed asciugateli. Tagliateli a strisce e disponeteli a strati in una teglia con un po' di sale, olio, aglio, Capperi, olive, origano, prezzemolo e pangrattato.

Mettete in forno e fate cuocere fino a quando la superficie non apparirà dorata.

Questo piatto puo' essere consumato indifferentemente caldo o freddo ed aggiungendo, secondo i gusti, il limone...
