Dosi per 4:

500 g porri
30 g parmigiano grattugiato
1 dado
50 g burro

Pulire i porri e togliere loro la parte verde. Lessare in acqua salata per 15 minuti circa.

Scolarli, disporli in una teglia, cospargerli con il burro e il dado disciolti insieme e spolverare con il parmigiano.

Gratinare in forno.
