Dosi per 4:

8 pomodori
4 Acciughe salate
3 spicchi aglio
1/2 bicchiere olio
pane grattugiato

Lavare le Acciughe, spinarle e tritarle con l'aglio, il prezzemolo, il pane grattugiato e un pizzico di Spezie. Riempire con questo composto i pomodori lavati, tagliati a metà e privati dei semi, allinearli su una teglia, cospargerli di pane grattugiato, irrorarli di olio, salarli, cuocerli in forno per 45 minuti e servirli caldi o freddi.
