pomodori_graticola Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

8 pomodori rotondi

Lavare e tagliare i pomodori a metà, orizzontalmente. Svuotarli dei semi e lasciarli scolare sopra una griglia, quindi porli a marinare in olio e sale.

Disporli sopra una graticola caldissima e farli arrostire da entrambe le parti. Condirli con olio, sale, Pepe e un trito di prezzemolo, Basilico e aglio.
