POMODORI ALLA CREMA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 pomodori tondi
3 cucchiai burro
prezzemolo
Basilico
sale

Tagliare i pomodori a metà, svuotarli e capovolgerli su un tovagliolo.

Tritare insieme il prezzemolo e il Basilico e amalgamare il trito con il burro e il sale fino ad ottenere una crema.

Disporre i mezzi pomodori su un piatto e farcirli con la crema. Si servono freddi.
