pizzette_cavolfiore Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g cavolfiore
400 g farina
3/4 bicchiere latte
2 uova

Lessare il cavolfiore in acqua salata, scolarlo, farlo raffreddare e tagliarlo a pezzettini. Mescolare alla farina il latte, i tuorli, un po' di sale e amalgamare con una frusta. Unire gli albumi montati a neve e aggiungere anche il cavolfiore. Scaldare l'olio e friggere l'impasto a cucchiaiate. Asciugare le frittelle con carta assorbente e servire.
