Dosi per 4:

450 g piselli novelli surgelati
120 g. prosciutto cotto
4 rametti Salvia
2 bicchieri vino bianco

Mettere in un tegame il burro e la Salvia, unire i piselli scongelati, far insaporire, salare, versare il vino e farlo evaporare.

Coprire il tegame, far cuocere per circa 20 minuti, aggiungere il prosciutto tagliato a listarelle, far insaporire per 5 minuti e servire.
