Dosi per 4:

450 g pisellini
100 g prosciutto cotto
50 g burro
1/4 l panna liquida

Tagliare il prosciutto a listarelle e farlo rosolare in una casseruola con il burro.

Unire i piselli lessati, la panna, il sale, il Pepe e lasciar insaporire per 10 minuti circa.

Versare i piselli in un piatto da portata e servirli.
