Dosi per 4:

450 g pisellini
200 g cipolline
80 g burro
1 ciuffo prezzemolo

Mettere in una casseruola con 70 g di burro i piselli, le cipolline pelate e sbollentate, il prezzemolo, il sale e una presa di zucchero, versare a filo l'acqua, coprire e far cuocere a calore moderato.

Eliminare il prezzemolo, amalgamare il restante burro e servire.
