PISELLI IN AGRODOLCE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

450 g pisellini
3 cipolle
1 cuore lattuga
100 g burro
3 cucchiai aceto
1 cucchiaio zucchero
1 cucchiaio fecola di patate
1 bicchiere brodo
prezzemolo
sale
Pepe

Sciogliere il burro in un tegame, unire i piselli, lo zucchero, il sale, il Pepe, l'aceto e far cuocere per 10 minuti. Aggiungere il brodo, le cipolle, la lattuga, il prezzemolo e continuare la cottura, incorporare la fecola di patate, mescolare e servire.
