Dosi per 4:

1 peperone
1 sedano
3 carote
1 mazzetto ravanelli
1 finocchio
2 pomodori
3 cucchiai Maionese
salsa worcester
1 cucchiaino Senape piccante
2 cucchiai panna

Mondare e lavare le verdure e tagliarle a falde, a bastoncini e a spicchi. Disporle in una grande insalatiera. Servirle accompagnate con una salsetta preparata con Maionese aromatizzata con worcester, Senape piccante e poca panna.
