PEPERONI MARINATI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 peperoni verdi, medi, leggermente piccanti
4 cucchiai olio per friggere
4 cucchiai olio d'oliva
2 cucchiai aceto
sale
Pepe

Pulire i peperoni e tagliarli a metà. Farli rosolare nell'olio per 15' a fuoco dolce. Privarli della pellicina esterna, eliminare l'olio e tagliarli a strisce. Salare, pepare e condirli con olio e aceto. Lasciar riposare per 2 ore in luogo fresco e servire.
