Dosi per 4:

3 peperoni gialli e verdi
2 spicchi aglio
2 filetti Acciuga

Pulire i peperoni e tagliarli a filetti non troppo sottili. Scaldare in una padella 3 cucchiai di olio, unire l'aglio sbucciato, farlo dorare ed eliminarlo.

Unire i peperoni e farli rosolare a fuoco vivo, salarli, abbassare la fiamma e cuocerli per 20 minuti facendo assorbire il liquido di vegetazione. Prima di togliere dal fuoco aggiungere i filetti di Acciuga a pezzetti, controllare il sale e pepare.
