patate_tortino Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g patate
75 g burro
2 cipolle
Noce moscata

Lessare le patate, sbucciarle e schiacciarle in una ciotola con una grossa forchetta. Unire sale e Noce moscata grattugiata. In un tegame far insaporire nel burro le cipolle tritate e aggiungere le patate. Far rosolare bene il tortino da entrambe le parti, rivoltandolo con l'aiuto di un piatto e servirlo ben dorato.
