patate_saporite Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g patatine novelle sbucciate
3 cucchiai marsala secco
1/2 bicchiere brodo

Scottare per 10' in acqua bollente le patate. Poi farle rosolare in olio con un trito di aglio, cipolla, pancetta a dadini e prezzemolo tritato. Spruzzare con il marsala, bagnare con il brodo bollente, coprire e cuocere dolcemente per circa 15'.
