Dosi per 4:

1 confezione patate novelle
1 rametto Rosmarino
alcune foglie Salvia
2 spicchi aglio
Noce moscata
vino bianco

Tagliate le patate a cubetti e mettetele in una padella con 1/2 bicchiere d'olio e l'aglio: fate rosolare a fuoco vivace mescolando spesso.

Unite la Salvia, il Rosmarino e una bella grattata di Noce moscata, salate e pepate; spruzzate di vino e lasciate cuocere a fiamma bassa fino a quando le patate non saranno cotte.
