PATATE ALLA PIZZAIOLA

patate_pizzaiola Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

700 g patate
4 spicchi aglio
500 g polpa di pomodoro
olio
sale
Pepe
origano

Lessare, sbucciare e affettare le patate. In un tegame far imbiondire nell'olio gli spicchi di aglio schiacciati, aggiungere la polpa di pomodoro, sale, Pepe, poco origano e far cuocere per circa 10 minuti a fuoco medio. Mescolare le patate alla salsa, far insaporire per qualche minuto e servire.
