1 kg patate
1 trito di aromi misti
3 cucchiai pesto

Rosolare nell'olio, insieme all'aglio, le patate a tocchetti. Cospargerle con il trito aromatico, salare, pepare, coprire e cuocere per 25'. Infine insaporire con il pesto e servire.
